We always request a quotation if we suppose that any repair or replacement is or will be greater than €200, except if there is an emergency and the problem may be hazardous or dangerous to guests for any reason. Our company always contacts our property owners immediately for repair request that is greater than €200. Housekeeping Services
Our housekeeping staff has been with us for numerous years and performs first-rate cleaning services for all of our rental properties. Our maintenance team has also been with us for quite a few years and is capable of fixing and repairing minor items. We charge our guests for extra cleaning over and above the checkout clean.
