There is a series of procedures that we developed to provide preventative maintenance and service checks to the rental properties to reduce any potential problems that may go wrong while our tenants are in house. We keep our properties in excellent condition at the lowest cost because of the team of carpenters, electricians, plumbers and landscapers that we put together. Our housekeeping teams are well trained with their weekly cleaning procedures.
